I took the little people outside this afternoon. It was hot. I pushed the girls in the double stroller while rollerblading (the monkey estimates that this is approximately 100 pounds of stuff I am pushing uphill and down) and Logan was on his Razor. I decided that it felt so good that we needed to not only ride around the entire complex but we needed to make a big semi-circle around the outside of the complex too which involves three streets. We came home faces beat red and our clothes soaked through with sweat. *My t-shirt was sticking to me like wet newspaper. After coming home and changing the littlest person and I literally passed out for an hour. I need to do that every afternoon.

I should have a smoothie for breakfast and do my Ab Roller or Taebo tapes while they are doing their journal entries then take them to the pool, come back at noon and have a very light lunch and do a couple of bookwork lessons, then rollerblade with the kids mid afternoon, then come home and read with them and later have a protein smoothie for dinner and go to the gym and spot work my arms and legs and then go for a swim before bed. I also would never see my monkey. That is why I quit going to the gym at night to begin with. It is showing too. But I would be build like a brick shithouse before too long! I bet he would like that :)

Maybe I will have to start small and work up to it. It is really good for the little people to get out though. They have way too much pent up energy and I think it would make them sleep better.

*I would also like to know why it is everytime I encounter a van/truck with a landscaping company logo on the side of it I am greeted with half a dozen different whistling, cat calling and sometimes outright vulgarity. These guys are out in the heat too much. I think it messes with their heads.
